Usage data such as number of generations performed, features accessed, and session duration
Technical data such as browser type, device type, operating system, and IP address
Error logs and performance data to maintain and improve the platform

2.3 Payment Information

We do not collect or store your payment details directly. All payment processing is handled by Lemon Squeezy, our authorized payment provider. Please refer to Lemon Squeezy’s Privacy Policy for details on how they handle your financial information.

Authenticate your identity and manage access to Vizxion Hub
Process your image generation requests using AI technology

4. Image Data and AI Processing

When you upload an architectural render to Vizxion Hub, your image is transmitted to Google’s Gemini API for AI processing. This transmission is necessary to provide the image enhancement service.

We do not use your uploaded images or generated outputs to train AI models. Your images are processed solely to fulfill your generation request.

Google may process your data in accordance with their own privacy policies as part of providing the Gemini API service. We encourage you to review Google’s Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy for more information.

5. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data only in the following limited circumstances:

Service Providers: With third-party services necessary to operate the platform, including Google Cloud (infrastructure and AI processing) and Lemon Squeezy (payment processing)
Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority
Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction

All third-party service providers are required to handle your data in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

We retain your account information for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide the Services. Uploaded images are retained only for the duration necessary to complete your generation request and are not stored permanently on our servers.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS) across all Services and access controls through Google Cloud infrastructure.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
