1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any website, service, or application operated by Vizxion Creative Studio, including vizxion.com and hub.vizxion.com (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Services.

2. About Vizxion Creative Studio

Vizxion Creative Studio is an architectural visualization brand that provides professional rendering services and AI-powered visualization tools. These Terms govern your use of all websites and applications operated under the vizxion.com domain, including the Vizxion Hub platform available at hub.vizxion.com.

3. Description of Services

3.1 vizxion.com

The main website presents Vizxion Creative Studio’s professional portfolio, services, and contact information. It is provided for informational purposes.

3.2 hub.vizxion.com (Vizxion Hub)

Vizxion Hub is an AI-powered web application that allows users to enhance architectural renders using generative AI technology. The platform currently offers:

Automated analysis of uploaded architectural renders
AI-generated photorealistic enhancements across categories including lighting, materials, landscaping, atmosphere, and post-processing
Adjustable output resolutions (1K, 2K, and 4K)
Detailed analysis breakdown before final image generation

The platform uses Google’s Gemini AI model (gemini-3.1-flash-image-preview), which is currently in Preview stage. As such, output quality, availability, and features may change without prior notice.

4. Account Registration and Access

Access to Vizxion Hub requires authentication via a Google account. By logging in, you authorize Vizxion Creative Studio to verify your identity for access control purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it.

Vizxion Creative Studio reserves the right to revoke access at any time, with or without cause, particularly during the current beta and experimental phase of the platform.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

5.1 Payment Models

Vizxion Hub offers two payment models:

Monthly Subscription: A flat recurring fee granting access to a defined number of image generations per billing cycle.
Credit-Based: Purchase of generation credits consumed per image produced, with pricing varying by output resolution.

5.2 Free Tier

New users may receive a limited number of complimentary generations as a trial. Once the free tier is exhausted, a paid plan is required to continue using the service.

5.3 Billing and Refunds

Payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our authorized payment provider. By completing a purchase, you agree to Lemon Squeezy’s terms of service in addition to these Terms. All sales are final. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at Vizxion Creative Studio’s sole discretion, particularly in cases of documented technical failure.

5.4 Price Changes

Vizxion Creative Studio reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Active subscribers will be notified at least 14 days in advance of any price changes affecting their current plan.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the original architectural renders and images you upload to Vizxion Hub. By uploading content, you grant Vizxion Creative Studio a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the requested service.

6.2 Generated Output

AI-generated images produced by Vizxion Hub using your uploaded renders are provided to you for your use. However, because the output is produced using third-party AI models (Google Gemini), Vizxion Creative Studio cannot guarantee exclusive intellectual property rights over generated images. You are responsible for verifying any IP requirements specific to your jurisdiction or project.

6.3 Vizxion Creative Studio Content

All branding, interface design, written content, and proprietary workflows associated with Vizxion Creative Studio and its platforms are the exclusive property of Vizxion Creative Studio and may not be reproduced or used without explicit written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

Upload content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
Generate content that is misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform’s AI infrastructure
Share access credentials or circumvent the authentication system
Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

Vizxion Creative Studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of this section without refund.

8. AI Technology and Service Limitations

Vizxion Hub relies on generative AI technology that is actively evolving. You acknowledge and accept the following:

AI-generated outputs may vary in quality and consistency between sessions
The underlying model (gemini-3.1-flash-image-preview) is in Preview stage and may be updated, modified, or discontinued by Google at any time
Service interruptions may occur due to API rate limits, model availability, or infrastructure maintenance
Vizxion Creative Studio does not guarantee specific output quality, turnaround time, or continuous availability

9. Privacy and Data

Vizxion Creative Studio is committed to protecting your privacy. Uploaded images are processed solely to generate your requested output and are not used to train AI models or shared with third parties beyond what is required for service delivery (e.g., transmission to Google’s Gemini API for processing).

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Vizxion Creative Studio does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce results meeting any specific standard of quality. Use of the Services is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vizxion Creative Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunity.

12. Modifications to These Terms

Vizxion Creative Studio reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Barranquilla, Colombia.
